Indoor swimming pool: daily from 7 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
Sauna area: daily from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The indoor pool is complemented by a Finnish sauna, bio sauna with light therapy, steam bath, glacier grotto as well as adventure shower and Kneipp basin.
Saunas
Opened daily from 4 pm until 8 pm, in bad weather from noon
Enjoy your SPA time-out in our Schweizerhof saunas with steam bath, bio sauna, Finn sauna, glacier grotto, tropical rain shower and Kneipp basin. A fresh selection of fruits, tea and Grindelwald mountain water will complement your relaxation.
Please note that our sauna area is a nude zone.

Bio sauna with essential oils and light therapy: Temperature: 55°C (131°F) / Humidity: 45%
Finn sauna: Temperature: 85°C (185°F) / Humidity: depends on the infusion
