Indoor swimming pool: daily from 7 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
Sauna area: daily from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The indoor pool is complemented by a Finnish sauna, bio sauna with light therapy, steam bath, glacier grotto as well as adventure shower and Kneipp basin.
We invest in a sustainable future!
Our indoor pool will be closed from September 22 to December 8, 2025, for renovation work. The sauna area will remain open for your use. Thank you for your understanding!
Saunas
Opened daily from 4 pm until 8 pm, in bad weather from noon
Enjoy your SPA time-out in our Schweizerhof saunas with steam bath, bio sauna, Finn sauna, glacier grotto, tropical rain shower and Kneipp basin. A fresh selection of dried fruits, home made ice-tea and Grindelwald mountain water will complement your relaxation.
Please note that our sauna area is a nude zone.
Steam bath: Temperature: 50°C (122°F) / Humidity: 100%
Bio sauna with essential oils and light therapy: Temperature: 55°C (131°F) / Humidity: 45%
Finn sauna: Temperature: 85°C (185°F) / Humidity: depends on the infusion
